From Wall Street Journal and USA Today Bestselling Author M. Robinson comes a second chance romance.

From the moment I laid eyes on her, Kinley was mine.

At fifteen years old I was determined to make it happen, but we were on and off for years until I got it right between us and finally made her my wife.

We were supposed to be forever.

So in love.

So devoted.

So consumed with each other.

But somewhere along the way we lost sight of that love.

Ten years later and that love became anger. That devotion began to crumble, and we were consumed with resentment of life not working out the way we had planned.

We meant it when we vowed for better or for worse...

So why the hell were we signing divorce papers?

My Review 💋

Star Rating : 4/5 Stars

POV : Dual

Cliffhanger : No

Hero : Christian

Heroine : Kinley

Pace of the story : Moderate

Angst Rating : 5/10

Heat Rating : 6/10

Triggers Involved : Broken Marriage , Angst and Heartbreak , Past Miscarriage

Plot Summary :

Kinley met the man of her dreams when she was in high school. He was the famous boy and she was the nerd. Still they both were made for each other and they definitely proved it to everyone. That is until years later, life throws them a curveball. With their marriage in pieces and everything ruined, they know that nothing will be the same again.

And this time, they might not be able to prove other people wrong because it's them who don't trust each other anymore.

Overall Opinion :

I literally live for this author's angst! She has the best emotions in her book and I can't have enough of them. This one was another example of that. From the moment I read Christian's sister's book, I knew that his book was going to make me cry and would be downright explosive and so it was! It had the best angst and the best emotions and pretty much everything else.

This one was a standalone with a second chance theme which is a journey of two characters who love each other but don't know each other anymore and that is breaking their marriage apart.

Definitely recommending this second chance Romance to all those angst loving people out there!
