1. Hi Michelle!! Let us start by giving us a glimpse about your real life, including one fact about you that is hidden from public knowledge.
A glimpse into my life? I live in my pj’s, and I hardly ever leave the house. Being an introvert, I love my own company. Currently, I’m binge-watching Grey’s Anatomy.
A fact about me? I don’t date at all. Writing unforgettable male characters have set the bar way too high for any man to meet, lol.
2. Do people in your real life know you’re an author? If yes, do they read your books? They know I write, but I’ve banned them from reading my books. It’s so I can focus on what my readers want and not worry my mother might pick up one of my books. 3. Is there any character in your books that you see as a reflection of yourself? There’s a little bit of me in every character. 4. What was the first book that you wrote and How did you feel when It got published? Vaalbara Visions & Shadows. I was beyond myself with happiness, then I actually learned how to write, and now, ten years later, I’m still editing the book. 5. I have never seen any author as dedicated as you in a series based on the second generation of their previous characters! It is such an amazing thing and I absolutely love “The Heirs”. What gave you the idea to start this series? My readers kept asking, and I couldn’t say no. 6. Do you decide the plot of your upcoming book first, or the characters? I work on a rough sketch of the world the characters will be in, and then I just start to write. I don’t plot ahead, but take it one chapter at a time. The characters kind of creates themselves as the story progresses. 7. Did you want to be an author from your childhood, or did you have any other profession in mind as a kid? I’ve always loved books, but in my early thirties, the writing bug bit, and here I am ten years later. 8. Which couple out of all your couples is your favorite? I can’t choose one. They’re all special to me. 9. Do you ever put yourself or the people you meet in your characters? I do, especially if they upset me, lol. It’s a great way to get revenge. 10. Which of your books was the hardest one to write? Vaalbara Visions & Shadows. It took me a year to write, and I’m still editing it. 11. Could you tell us a little bit about your next release?? St. Monarch’s Academy is my next series. It’s a Mafia Romance / Suspense Romance series. I wanted to write a combo of John Wick meets College Romance, and now I’m finally getting to it. My reader can expect something different from me. It will be edgy, darkish, and loaded with feels. St. Monarch’s Academy is the only neutral territory where heirs of the wealthiest rival crime families learn underworld skills. It consists of 6 syndicates, The Custodians (Guards), The Assassins, The Smugglers, The Arms dealers, The Cartels, and The Bratva. The skills you learn all depend on the business you’re in. Basically, I’m creating a world where enemies are forced to live together, so you can expect a lot of tension and unexpected romance the characters didn’t see coming. 12. Do you read for pleasure? If yes, then who is your favorite author? I do read whenever I have some time off. It’s a tie between Vi Keeland, Ilsa Madden-Mills, and Ashley Jade for me. 13. What’s your favorite food item? Whatever’s available and quick, lol.
Ever googled yourself? Yes, big mistake, though. I haven’t done it again since the first and only time.
Genres you prefer to read? Contemporary romance, suspense romance, new adult, fantasy, and dystopian.
Your most cherished possession? My bed, lol.
Worst gift ever received? Nothing comes to mind right now.
First nickname you had? Mich. It’s what my family calls me.
