Plot Summary :
Darkness shrouds Damon like a cloak and being with him should not be on Amelie’s radar. Yet when she catches his eye in the cage , she is unable to look away. He is the more volatile twin and looking into his empty eyes , she knew he was going through something and therefore it was decided that he was going to hurt her. That means she should have run away right? Except she did the opposite of that.
Damon thought he found the girl of his dreams , except she chose his brother. And he was left holding his broken heart. That is until a vixen caught his eye. She was the one who called out to his soul , with her angry eyes and blue hair. From the moment he saw her , he had this unexplainable urge to destroy her and now that is what he is going to do.
Overall Opinion :
Damon is here! I have been wanting to have this man's book ever since we met him in Violence. He always seemed more playful but that hid the darkness he carried. I knew his own book would be the best! When Lily has the hint of him and Amelie in Shane's book, I knew these two would be explosive. And the major reason was because Amelie was very different from Emily. I just had to see their dynamic.
As usual, Lily gave the best book to Damon! I am in love with him even more than ever and don't even get me started on the ending for this one lmao. It wasn't a cliffhanger, but omg , why? Like Now I am going crazy for the next book. This author certainly keeps us hooked.
Definitely recommending this one to all the dark romance loving people out there!
