Plot Summary :
All Sasha wanted was to survive. And the only way for her to do that was to live and hide as a man. She had secrets to hide and monsters to kill. The monsters who took everything away from her , leaving her family with scraps to survive. What she didn’t expect was Kirill. The cold man who is her leader in the army has set his eyes on her and there is no way he is letting her go. Not until she surrendered everything she had to him and the only point was that Kirill was not trustworthy. He would destroy her for his own gain. And there would be no one to stop him.
Overall Opinion :
OMG people , it’s Kirill and Sasha!! This trilogy has everything you can want and so much more!! The characters are amazing and don’t even get me started on the storyline.
I am one of those people who never recognised the fact that Sasha was a woman in Rai’s book and when the reveal was made , I was so excited for her and Kirill! The only reason she would survive with Kirill knowing that she was a woman was that he protected her in some way and that there was chemistry between them. Not to mention the way he saved her!! AND I WAS RIGHT lmao. I binged this book the moment it came on my kindle and then screamed at myself because then I wanted the next book. It’s a painful but enjoyable cycle with Rina’s books . You want to cherish them and go slow but they are sooo good, you just can't stop.
And don’t even get me started on my new hubby Kirill. He is unlike any hero Rina has ever written. For all her other heroes , I was somehow able to relate them to some other hero as well but not for Kirill. I literally cannot think of any of her previous males who are like him. He is just ugh so good. I am in awe of the way hsi brain works , not to mention HE IS SO HOT hahahaha. He gives meaning to the phrase “Alpha Male”.
Sasha is also one the best heroines I have ever read. What she went through would break many. But she went through it , survived it and came back so much stronger. Her character growth was amazing in this book and I seriously love her so much. No wonder she brought the king to his knees ;) . Not to mention the number of character cameos we get! They totally took this book from best to freaking phenomenal!
This trilogy is going to be a painfully excruciating ride for you all , but trust me , once you get hooked , There is NO WAY you can let go of it. It will hurt , but it’ll all be worth it. Be ready for Sasha and Kirill!! They are almost Here!!
